Peace & Calm Affirmations to Attract more Peace
What are gratitude affirmations?
Unbeknown to us, we invite chaos into our lives, through family, friends, work, and social environments. We do this when we feel as though we do not have control over our lives. Whether it be through arguments or staying silent about something that is bothering us and allowing it to live in our minds. Not achieving things in your life. Looking at where you are and not being satisfied. The list can go on. All these thoughts and emotions can manifest themselves with negative overthinking, and loss of interest in life. We push hard and fail which creates more negative emotions and feelings.
Manifest Correctly and Quickly
Follow these 5 steps below to ensure a quick and correct manifestation. Avoid leaving things to chance. Be firm in your affirmations and the things that you want to see happen in your life. The last thing that you want to see is some peace and calm then get interrupted by something small. This will only frustrate you and may also plant some seeds of doubt that whether or not manifesting the car you want is only a dream that you will never get.
Be Clear in what you want, when it comes to manifesting peace and calm in your life. Cover yourself in all areas of your life. From work to home to social environments. From people, you know to people you may meet in the future.
Visualise yourself in a place where you are taking time out for yourself. It could be in your home, or in the park. You could be listening to music or reading a book. If there are any rifts see yourself and others involved mending the rifts.
Be consistent in not only your visualization but in your affirmations as well. Life has a habit of making us think of anything and everything, and a lot of those thoughts tend to stray away from manifesting the things that we want. We often get caught up in focusing on the lack and how hard it is to get the things we want because our circumstances do not allow it. If you catch yourself straying into the negative thought realm, try not to get stuck there. It may take a short while to discipline yourself but you will get there.
Replace mental Blocks by counteracting them with positive affirmations. Easier said than done I hear you say, and you will not be wrong there. But it is not about being easy it's all about creating discipline and repetitive behaviour and your thoughts are no exception. We all have many a time gone off in our brain, creating scenarios that don't exist, through conversations of what someone might say seeing a doom and gloom item. Too many times we get stuck there because it has become our default button, but it is up to us to keep trying so we can start living the life we want to live.
When you start to block yourself with negative thoughts, try something like this. Things never work out for me to, I know I am not where I want to be now but I know I will be.
Trust in Your Words so that you can infuse what you are saying into your subconscious mind. This may take a little while to get into a rhythm, but you can help yourself by affirming and visualising at the same time. For example ''I continuously have peace and calm in my life no matter where I am'' Changing your phrases can help solidify what you want to manifest and can invoke a feeling behind it making you more likely to trust in what you are saying.
